Sarah has a proven track record of success and is experienced with full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, executive search, talent pipeline management, job posting, resume writing and employee retention. She is an avid listener, learns quickly and has a knack for understanding and assimilating into a company’s culture and unique hiring needs.
Sarah has successfully recruited and placed candidates in numerous C-level, VP, Director and supporting positions. Examples are: Chief Product Officer, VP’s of Sales, VP of Customer Success, Senior level Software Engineers, VP of IT, VP of Security and all levels of supporting positions within marketing, accounting and finance, support, sales and engineering.
