Jackie is Founder of KIKU and a Connector of people and ideas, driven by creating a more collaborative and innovative business & philanthropic community.  She is a Business Development, Sales, and Recruiting leader with 20+ years’ experience – serving as a Fractional Exec for heart-centered, mission-aligned, diversity-minded VC’s and startups through KIKU.  Her Super Powers are creating seemingly unrelated strategic partnerships, outside-the-box collaboration, and connecting funding sources — which all fuel the mission of impacting the world through innovation. She is an investor, MBA, community leader, and former NCAA Division 1 record-holding athlete. In addition, she creates and leads Boards, leads a real estate investment group, and serves on leadership of a women-focused angel investor network.

Jackie leads Executive and Technical Recruiting searches, Fundraising, and Sales growth strategy and execution for venture capital and PE firms, well-funded startups, and non-profits who have a focus on world-changing innovation, culture, and diversity. Examples of Jackie’s recent engagements are fractional Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer for early stage SaaS technology and economic development firms; business development, strategic alliance and sales support for SaaS technology companies; and Business & Corporate Strategy for AI healthcare startup and bioscience companies.

Jackie’s Recruiting team is typically brought in by Leadership and Talent Acquisition for challenging or specialized executive and technical searches across operations, IT, engineering, accounting, finance, risk, and more.

Jackie is a Certified Success and Mindset Coach specializing in helping aspiring entrepreneurs and executives open their minds to out-of-the box possibilities, reach their highest potential and unearth new perspectives – through powerful questioning, intuitive practices and coaching tools. With one of two Bachelor’s Degrees in Cognitive Science Psychology, a Master’s in Business (MBA), and experience as an entrepreneur and executive, she brings a holistic perspective to coaching.

EDUCATION:
Self-funded Masters (MBA) from University of Colorado and secured a full ride Division 1 swimming scholarship to University of California, Irvine, graduating with a Double BA in Cognitive Science & International Studies with a 3.92 GPA.
