Chris leverages his government, political, capital raise, business development, legal, and operations experience to develop venture and advisory projects across the for profit, not for profit, and government sectors. He primarily focuses on the energy, healthcare, defense, aerospace, and technology industries and advises partner and portfolio companies on future direction, business development, strategic opportunities, public policy, regulations, and political hurdles. He has developed effective government relations and regulatory compliance strategies for companies of all sizes; has collaborated on the capitalization of early to mid-stage startups; has designed and executed government-focused market entry and business development plans, and has supported the sales process for tier 1 and tier 2 hardware and software companies selling to government prime contractors, as well as directly to the government.

Previously, Chris was chief of staff to Congressman Doug Lamborn (CO-5), where he managed day-to-day operations for two offices, handled all budget and personnel matters, and oversaw all policy initiatives for the congressman. He also managed the congressman’s political operations in Washington, D.C. and helped raise over $1 million for his reelection campaigns. In addition, Chris was a legislative aide for Mr. Lamborn and former Representative Curt Weldon of Pennsylvania. Before his time on Capitol Hill, Chris managed a Club Z! In-home Tutoring franchise where he was responsible for growth, operations, marketing, business development, and tutor management.

Chris received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his A.B. in psychology from Princeton University.
